Clear, fair terms on charges and refunds

1. Free preview, then optional purchase

Every reading includes a free preview. You are charged only if you choose to unlock the full report. There are no subscriptions, no hidden fees, and no automatic renewals.

2. Digital goods

Full reports are personalized digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. Because they are generated for you and consumed instantly, they are generally non-refundable once unlocked.

3. Consumer withdrawal rights

Where the law grants a right of withdrawal for digital content (e.g. the EU/UK 14-day right), that right ends once delivery begins. By unlocking a report you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for that item.

4. When we will refund

We provide a full refund for: duplicate or accidental charges; payments where the report was never delivered; or verifiable technical failures on our side. Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order number and the email used at checkout. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

If something went wrong, please contact us first — we resolve most issues faster than a bank dispute and want you to be satisfied.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.
